TASTING NOTES: A beautiful pale ruby colour, it reveals intense aromas of wild berries and violet on the nose. The palate is dry, fresh, and pleasantly acidic, offering a delightful drinking experience. 

PAIRS WITH: Excellent as an aperitif or with cold cuts, pizza and fried foods, savoury pasta dishes, and red meats.

SERVE ME: Serve slightly chilled. Allow 1 to 2 hours to cool in the fridge.
