TASTING NOTES: The Non 7 flavour profile is made out of a cherry and spice mix and stewed for 2 hours, creating a jam blend of bloomed spices and caramelised cherries. Cold brew coffee adds a chocolate finish and tannin. Murray River salt enhances salinity and the savoury flavours. The beverage is then carbonated before bottling, giving it a refreshing sparkle.

PAIRS WITH: A roast dinner or a well cooked steak!

SERVE ME: Chilled, pop in the fridge for a couple of hours.

All of the Non range is made out of verjus (Unripe Juice) from Barossa Valley Semillon grapes, which are then flavoured with a stew of fruit, herbal and sometimes savoury aromatics before bottling.
