TASTING NOTES: Notes of rhubarb and fresh citrus, with some bread on the nose. crunchy, juicy, sherberty, vibrant summer fruits inside. Super dry

PAIRS WITH: Great with fried fish.

SERVE ME: Serve slightly chilled. Allow 1 to 2 hours to cool in the fridge. 

The quality of Lambrusco is all down to the quality of the fruit and in this case, Paltrinieri has some fabulous vineyards that produce naturally healthy, well-balanced fruit.…. Radice is produced using the Pét –method (Ancestrale method) and therefore undergoes a second fermentation on its own yeast after bottling.  It's light, pink and above all a dry Lambrusco!
