GRAPES: Furmint, Hárslevelű, Chardonnay

TASTING NOTES: Ripe citrus, honey and juicy pineapple. Nice balance between fruit and some smokey, biscuity flavours from the in-bottle fermentation.

PAIRS WITH: Fish & Chips.

SERVE ME: Drink this nice and cold, pop it in the fridge for a few hours. 

Made under the careful eye of master Champagne maker Régis Camus in the traditional (Champagne) method. The grapes Furmint and Hárslevelű are more famously used in Tokaji an amazing and fairly famous sweet dessert wine but you can get some awesome dry and sparkling examples like this which make for a great (pocket friendly) alternative to Champagne!
