ABV: 12.5%

GRAPES: Furmint, Hárslevelű, Pinot Noir

TASTING NOTES: Bright cherry pink, smells like rose petal and lychee. Tastes of candied grapefruit, crushed pink peppercorn and strawberry.

PAIRS WITH: Great with smoked salmon or caper based canapes.

SERVE ME: Drink this nice and cold, so 6-8 degrees. 

Made under the careful eye of master Champagne maker Régis Camus in the traditional (Champagne) method. The grapes Furmint and Hárslevelű are more famously used in Tokaji an amazing and fairly famous sweet dessert wine but you can get some awesome dry and sparkling examples like this which make for a great (pocket friendly) alternative to Champagne!
