TRY ME IF YOU LOVE: Champagne / dry sparkling wine

ABV: 12.0%

GRAPES: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir

TASTING NOTES: It has intense flavours of lemon meringue pie, salted butter and brioche and some stony mineral notes on the finish.

PAIRS WITH: Seafood, shellfish, oysters, canapés, or as an aperitif 

SERVE ME: Serve chilled. Stick in the fridge for a few hours.
