TASTING NOTES: A serious Rosé / Light Red.... A really serious one. Unfamiliar territory for most. Disturbingly refreshing and drinkable. Crunchy, spicy and juicy red forest fruits with mouth-watering acidity from the rural mountainous vineyards.

PAIRS WITH: Great with cold cuts and cheese

SERVE ME: Serve chilled, pop in the fridge for a couple of hours.
