Founded in 1867, Contratto was the first winery in Italy to make vintage ‘Metodo Classico’ sparkling wine and in the 1920’s and 1930’s, it was the Contratto bubbles that were requested by the Vatican and the royal houses of Europe.

Contratto Bianco Vermouth is made with over 50 infused ingredients including hawthorn, coriander seeds, marjarom, bay laurel, chamomile, yellow sweet clover, aloe, cinnamon, mint, ginger, angelica, cardamom seeds, nutmeg, orange peel, lemon peel, gentian, nettle, carob pods, pimento seeds, mugwort, rhubarb, hibiscus, sage, cinchona bark, bergamot, liquorice root and sandalwood.
