PAIRS WITH: Brilliant in a Negroni.
SERVE ME: Serve over ice with a slice of citrus.
Named after Jerry Thomas, the legendary 19th century bartender who is considered by many as the father of American mixology and known to some as 'The Professor' (hence this vermouth's name). Vermouth del Professore is a collaborative effort between Frederico Ricatto, Carlos Quaglia and the Jerry Thomas Speakeasy in Rome, and has been produced using Muscat wine, an infusion of 13 spices in neutral spirit and cane sugar.
