A fun, slightly experimental collaboration between an unlikely pair: a winemaker and a chocolatier. This gorgeous vermouth is a collaboration between Giusto Occhipinti of the winery COS in Acate, Sicily and Simone Sabaini, founder of the artisanal chocolate producer, Sabadi. Orange is made with a base of organic orange wine made from moscato grapes. A secret blend of natural herbs and spices are added to this base that enhance the sweet and fruity profile of the wine itself.
