NV SOTTORIVA COL FONDO: Hazy, light, bone dry, refreshing, dangerously drinkable….. Ripe yellow pear and white peach with a herbal tangy saline finish.
2022 KALLSTADTER RIESLING KABINETT TROCKEN: Rich with some opulence and spicy baked apple and soft pink grapefruit. Hints of orange and lovely acidity with a bone dry finish. Excellent bone dry Riesling.
2022 SAPERAVI: Dark purple in colour, the nose opens with a powerful savoury-spicy bouquet of blackberries, herbs, flowers and black pepper. The palate has a creamy, juicy texture, ripe tannins and black fruit flavours.
